The living-room on the ground floor has an open fireplace and a satellite TV set with DVD and CD players.
The dining-room and the open-plan kitchen are attached to the living-room.
In the rear part of the house there is a bedroom with two single beds, another bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a whirlpool.

The third bedroom on the top floor has a double bed.
The second bathroom is on the top floor as well. It has a shower.
From the top floor, one also has access to the roof terrace.
The house has several independent air conditioning units and several electric wall panel heaters.

Water is heated in solar collectors, and there is auxiliary electric water heating.
Iron and board are available. Baby cots will be provided on request.
Weekly rooms cleaning and change of sheets and towels.
A washing-machine is installed in the downstairs bathroom.
