The villa is completely built of natural stone. On the ground floor there is the living-area, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The master bedroom and another bathroom are on the top floor. There is also a large roof terrace with garden furniture, deck chairs and sunshades.
A garden with lawns, flowers and ornamental plants frames the house and the swimming pool. In front of the entrance to the living-area there is a roofed terrace.
Walls of natural stone surround the property.
A barbecue is also available.
